Terms

VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted. All orders are subject to approval.

Minimum

Initial orders: $75 plus shipping. Re-orders: $50.00 plus shipping.  We reserve the right not to ship below minimum orders.

Back Orders

We do not back order.  In the rare event that we are out of an item, we request that you re-order that item when you place your next order.

Shipping

SHIPPING FEES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL. We ship U.P.S. Ground Service or U.S. Mail to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Expedited shipping available at additional charge.

Sales Tax

Florida customers must submit a signed Florida Annual Resale Certificate with first order.

International Orders

Prepaid U.S. Funds via Wire Transfer or PayPal verified accounts. Shipping via USPS only to countries where postal insurance is available. Please call or email for rates and confirmation.

Returns

Returns will be accepted for products damaged in shipping or for incorrectly filled orders. Problems must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. Please call 1-800-786-7393 for authorization and instructions. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Authorization is at the sole discretion of Sun’s Eye, Inc.

Bulk Sizes

Sun’s Eye Oils are available in 8 oz bottles and 16 oz bottles in amber glass bottles, not labeled for resale. See your current order form for pricing, or call us at 800-786-7393. Orisha Oils are only available in 1/2 oz. size.
